Smartphones Superior to Feature Phones for Mobile Ad Awareness

According to the December 2010 SMART Report from Millennial Media, smartphones are more effective than feature phones in the following areas:
  • Mobile ad awareness (39% vs. 28%)
  • Unaided awareness (17% vs. 13%)
  • Purchase intent (15% compared to 12%)
