The "Digital Influence Index" is an excellent study from Fleishman-Hillard covering the influence of the internet in the lives of consumers worldwide. Although they find that digital dominates in influence, it does not in marketing dollars spent. A little food for thought as planning and budgeting for 2011 begins!
