Video Email Marketing - Tactical Considerations

New developments with HTML5 and the introduction of the iPhone 4 have interesting implications for video email marketing.

1) The iPhone 4 brings video to a whole new level.  But don't count out Google and the Android.  And, studies predict that there will be enough demand to warrent the inclusion of interactive customer service calls, shopping assistance onsite, and more...a lot to think about!

2) The HTML5 vs. Adobe Flash battle - although not yet completed, HTML5 may provide at least a moderate boost to companies interesting in targeting video email.
